“I can't get my speaker to connect to my IPhone via Bluetooth. Pairing is turned on but when I try to connect to the speaker with my phone I get an unsuccessful message. Is there a way to reset device? Any other thoughts or suggestions?”

I originally had that issue but what I did was turn it off remove it from my I-7 BT and turned it back on turned bt on phone it found it and been married ever since good luck
