“Is there any way to tell when the speaker is charging? I have left my speaker plugged into the tower of my computer and when it's connected to Bluetooth, I get the beeping for low battery even though the speaker has been charging for hours.”

The USB port on your computer may not be providing enough power to charge the speaker. You may need to try other USB ports or connect the USB cable into a USB wall adapter. The power indicator (near the power switch) will light up red while charging. That red light will go off when it is fully charged.

I would recommend a wall charger that has micro usb, maybe a cellphone charger. when u plug it in, a light should turn on front of the speaker, red for charging, green for charged. good luck!

Having said that I have found the beep is often associated with trying to turn the volume up (hitting the plus button) beyond it's capabilities. Once I realized what the beep was for I felt more comfortable that product was doing what you would expect from a low cost blue tooth speaker. Hope that helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a light on the back that is lit when charging and goes out when finished. Try using any type of other adapter to see if it charges, like iPhone/Samsung USB charger and see if that works better.
