if you have connected with the bluetooth and you are not playing music for 5 minutes then bluetooth automatically gets off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It auto-powers off to save battery when it's not plugged in.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I assume you mean it's charging when you say "plugged in" and the "auxiliary cable" being the cable it came with, which I assume is in a USB port (on a laptop, phone charger, etc.). It will not shut off when it is "charging" that way, but it's also USABLE that way as a bluetooth speaker while it's juicing up. If you want to use it but don't want the battery to run out for whatever reason it needs to be preserved, you charge it and use it as usual simultaneously with charging. Because the speaker is not draining battery that way, the speaker's auto shutoff feature won't ever kick in because it's not DISCHARGING and the speaker is aware of that. Therefore, the sensor can tell if it's not being "used," and will auto shutoff to preserve the battery. When it's in a state of charging, that "state" overrides the one where it's DRAINING BATTERY and NOT IN USE, so it will allow you to use it totally uninterrupted if it's plugged in, and will stay on all the time because it doesn't need to SAVE BATTERY if it's charging up faster than you can use up the battery power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.AND it's not plugged in "charging", it's plugged in using the auxiliary audio source jack.
