• Yes it works with irregular heart beats and tremors. It will adjust the heart rate as best it can. It’s not a perfect science with afib

• Yes if you are simply trying to measure your Oxygen saturation %. Use a different device to measure your pulse or just track your pulse and look for a steady value after 20 seconds, then accept to O2 value at that point. Just be consistent!
