• I think the Best Buy people will be able to answer your question much better than me I bought the remote because my husband was having so much trouble with the original remote that came with the TV having to replace the battery constantly otherwise I haven’t heard a word from him that he’s unhappy with it the buttons work everything seems to be fine I’m surprise Best Buy employee did not answer this question for you

• For Fire TV Edition TVs you need to use the Remote: NS-RCFNA-21 While you press and hold the Mic button try to say: "Tune to channel 2.1".
