“i have a pair of insignia wireles headphones disconnected them and cannot remember how to plug them in. have dual ended wires with red and white colores on both ends please help”

Hi! If you have the RCA cable (red and white), you can plug one end of the cable to the headphone's docking station, and the other end to the Red and White OUT jacks on the TV.
