Is this product bluetooth null

No, this product is not Bluetooth.

No its not, its radio frequency wireless

The headphones connect to the base by Bluetooth, but the base has to be connected to the TV with RCA cables, included, or an optical cable, not included. My Samsung smart TV doesn’t have an RCA port, so I plugged it in to the Tivo box, and it works perfectly.
