“Sound output spotty. Sound goes off/on like blinking. Dock is close to tv ( 1 foot) and dock is 10 feet clear shot to user’s ears. Do I have faulty headset?”

• We had to take our first pair back because one side had no sound no matter what the volume was. The second one we got was perfect. Where you have dock and distance should be fine. That is approximately where ours are at. No problems with replacement and no problem returning

• Mine work great. Either yours are defective or getting interference from electrical devices nearby. Try moving to another location near the tv.
