“Recently, the right ear volume has been intermittent. I can barely move the right earpiece and make it come and go. If I could figure out how to disassemble the earpiece I could likely fix it. Any way to fix this?”

This sounds like a warranty issue. If they're out of warranty, sorry, I can't give you any suggestions.
