“Will this stylus scratch the screen? it looks like braided wire.”

It does not scratch the screen. I had the same concern when I saw the picture. But they are actually much smoother than I thought I use it regularly on my iPhone and iPad.

No—as long as you remember to tap with the braided end and not the metal end.

I've had no problems with this stylus. It's braided mesh, so unless your stylus tip somehow gets damaged and the strands of wire protrude, I don't see how this would scratch the screen.

Shouldn't scratch the screen. I believe it's a cloth type material.
