I'm not 100% sure but the following link comes in the documentation inside the packaging.

There's a 'Tip Guide' under Support - Manuals & Support when your search for this productl at the Insignia website. There's a lot of listed Sony VAIO Series E listed on it. I don't know exactly how to identify which of those in the list is your 'Sony Vaio 15.5 E series' so just to be sure you can personally check the 'Tip Guide'. I noticed that all the Sony VAIO Listed there says it's 'Tip #3' so most likely yours is also Tip #3 which is included on the package.

No it doesn't. None of them do. Snd now im stuck with a 60.00 charger that i cant use thanks best buy

It's a universal 95 watt supply with about 10 universal adapters to include all major vendors from my Dell to wife's Gateway to sons HP. Should work on the VAio - can always take laptop in to bestbuy or geek squad for confirmation before purchasing.
