“I just bought this charger at Best Buy and was told it would fit my Lenovo I purchased from Best Buy in 2017. The battery is dead so I have no way of knowing exact laptop I have other than brand name. None of these tips work. What do I do?”

• Return the charger immediately even if you get it to work it will fry your laptop battery. And then you will be trapped in Insignia customer service (an Oxymoron if there ever was one).

• They dont buy back I attempted the same thing. Best thing to do would be to sell online
