• No, this charger does not work with laptops that use a USB-C charging interface.

• I would say no. The box reads on the side that it excludes Apple laptops, USB-C powered laptops and laptops requiring more than 90 W of power. I hope this helps you, I am by no means a computer wiz just reading the box for you. :)
