Yeah absolutely! Go to your Google home app and tap the top left 3 bars. From there, go to devices, and tap the the 3 little dots next to the device name (mine is bedroom speaker). Tap settings and scroll until you see accessibility. Tap accessibility and you'll find the options to play a sound before the start of a request/after you make the request.
