“I just purchased this and i set it up but needed to change some options so i reset the factory settings. Now it will not connect to to the cloud at all. Just keeps saying problem connecting to cloud try again later with the google home app.”

One can try to reset ones computer wired router that is connected to ones cable/telco modem; then after it has been reset simply connect one smartphone to ones wired router. Next then start Google Home on ones smartphone and then simply connect ones smartphone to ones wired router and then ones smartphone should then automatically initiate a connection with ones Insignia Google Home clone device; it usually take two to three minutes to go about this communication back and forth process; one also might have to restart ones smartphone and/or Insignia Google Home clone device; but other than that its pretty straight forward process to get initially connected; it just might take a little while to get it all sorted out finally.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It doesn't connect to the cloud it connects to your in home internet. Un plug for 1 min open your GOOGLE HOME app with your device WiFi on. Follow home app instructions. If that doesn't work set it on a shelf to hold books in place.
