Hi, Thanks for sharing with us the experience you had using this Smart Speaker. However, this seems to appear whenever you have the WiFi network connection far away from you or whenever the network has a poor signal. You may want to check your internet speed especially for cable, where you have shared bandwidth with your neighbors which could significantly slow your speed. I have setup a few of these units, and I have not seen any problems. A couple of unit did update the software at the beginning as there were delays in the setup. I also discovered that Google Assistant has problems working with my Google Play music library, and I was told it was being fixed soon. For now, Pandora works extremely well through Google Assistant.
