• If there's even a slight hiccup in your wifi signal, or if you lose your internet connection for a fraction of a second, the device turns into a complete brick until you manually unplug it and plug it back in. It will display "--:--" forever until you do this. No way to get it to automatically reconnect. No way to reboot it through the home app. Gotta rip out the power cord.
