“I set up my speaker about a week ago. When I say ok, google, all my speaker says is that something must have went wrong or there was a glitch, try again later. I unplugged it, moved it, thinking it was an internet issue, but nothing. Any assistance”

It probably is an internet issue. Make sure you have a unique network name for your wifi. I had the same problem. Come to find out (after buying a new modem and router) that someone moved in nearby & was using the same router without changing the name...I didn't think to do that either. My devices were getting confused between the 2 networks with the same name but different passwords.
