- Answer Yes, you can. Set them up as a group in the Google home app, and you can ask to play music on the group of devices. They will all play the same music perfectly in sync.

QuestionI get lag between video and audio coming out of these speakers. Any idea how to fix this?

- Answer I also have this issue if I pair the device to my Pixel 2 XL via Bluetooth and watch a video on my phone. Obviously the issue isn't on the Pixel's end because it's a top end, basically brand new device, and doing the exact same thing when a UE Boom and also an Amazon Echo produces in-sync results. The only way to improve it is for the Insignia team to release a fix (probably unlikely) or for you to use a video player that allows you to stagger the audio playback - in this case you'd set the audio ahead of the video to compensate for the lagging.

QuestionI have 4 of these, & 2 Google minis. The Insignia speakers have stopped receiving broadcast messages from any of the other speakers. I can broadcast a message from the speaker, & the Google minis will out put it, but the Insignia speakers don't. Help!

- Answer It appears the latest firmware update, 314, has limited some functionality. Broadcasting no longer works nor do routines. Hope the next update resolves these issues.

Question"there was a glitch and to try again in a minute" I tried the English Canada trick and it still will not allow me to set a alarm. And this is my second one so I'm not liking this that much!

QuestionWill alarm still work if power or wifi go out?

- Answer The alarm will still go off even if there is no WiFi at the time of the alarm. Without power the device is useless. But when power returns alarm clock will still go off at assinged time. There is a nicer version of this that does have a battery backup option.

QuestionHad this radio for a few days, turned on Google Continued Conversation, which worked for a week, then stopped working entirely. Anyone else have issues with CC on this unit?

QuestionI have this unit in my bedroom and when I give it commands like "play music", the music plays on my Google Home downstairs instead. The downstairs GH cannot hear the command so the command to that unit is coming from this unit. How can I fix this?

- Answer If you hold the three buttons on top of the device, it will bring you to a hidden settings menu, where you can turn on/off the proximity (Pr) features. If you press the center (o) button again, it will allow you to change the temperature display (tr), '-' turns it off and '+' turns it on. Hope this helps!

QuestionPurchased two of this few days ago. set the routine and did work for 2 days. after two days, the devices didn't work under any routine that i set up. any help??????????????????? do i have to return it or is it something related to software?

- Answer I've had mine for 6 months and the routines just stopped working a few days ago. Must be a software issue with Insignia, has happened before. Does your good morning routine still work? Mine does.

QuestionHow do I dismiss(not snooze) an alarm? When the alarm goes off, I say "OK, Google stop" and it stops the alarm, however, the display stays blinking till I press a button. What does the blinking display mean? Does pressing a button also dismiss the alarm?

- Answer Tap the round white light on top of the unit once- this stops the alarm. Wave your hand over the top to snooze the alarm for five minutes.

- Answer Hi PeterSweden, Thank you for letting us know your questions. In response to them Google doesn't support the 24 hour format. As for the temperature you can actually choose it from Google Home app> Settings Menu> Preferences> Weather. The speaker is compatible with 220volt, you should have no problems with it. - Answer Yes, but it doesn’t have an automatic update function so when Google rolls out new firmware, it won’t update and no way to do it yourself. I wouldn’t mind, but asking it to tell you about your day or any other typical “action” doesn’t work and I assume it’s a software issue.

QuestionThe question is still outstanding, can you make phone calls from this unit. In reference to your reviews, you can not. This question has been around for some time now with NO NEW UPDATES to fix the issue. Is this issue being addresses by your staff ?

- Answer Yes, this unit can now make calls. The Cast firmware version was automatically updated to 1.32.129357 in October 2018. Finally, yaw whooo!! It now handles calendar agenda reporting much better, too.

- Answer No this model (smaller) has no battery backup. The larger model does have a battery.
