• Yes you can change the frequencies via equalizer settings in the Google home app if you're using wifi. Not sure about Bluetooth though.

• Sound quality is okay but not amazing. There is no adjustment for tonal quality.

• Not sure if you can. What is the source of the music? If you are streaming from a device then you can go into the device setting and change the EQ settings. I have three of these and use then daily for music and controlling lights and my Sony tv that has the google assistant also built in.
