“When using Google Assistant to playback audio from Audible via Bluetooth (from my iPhone), I can achieve play and pause through voice commands, but cannot get Google Assistant to 'rewind 30 seconds'. How I can do this? "Skip back" and "Go back" don't work”

Hello, Thank you for purchasing our Insignia Voice Smart Bluetooth Speaker. Let me tell you a little bit more about this feature. Insignia voice supports this feature if notified by Google. However, BlueTooth mode does not support this feature (this is controlled by Google). If you are using Spotify (example) Spotify must support feature in there PLUG in. Voice Command —> Google —> NS-CSPGASP2 —> Spotify PLUGin (feature to rewind or fast forward) These features are also limited to premium accounts. I hope this provides clarification to your inquiries.
