• If you have a chromecast audio (aux cable) hooked to it, but it will not play audio as a bluetooth out to another speaker.

• No.. This can connect to Bluetooth devices for In not out. But, you may be able to accomplish it with Chromecast Audio adapter. The adapter will broadcast out. My Chromecast attached to my HDTV allows me to use audio out from my HDTV.
