“Hi there I haven't used these headphones much and I have them connected via bluetooth but I can only hear out of the left side, is there any way to fix this?”

Try deleting them from blutooth and re pairing them.

They work good. Glad I purchase them got a 2nd pair for my husband. Noise cancelling is not good but didn't really buy it for that.

Please try to press and hold POWER button for 6 seconds, until RED LED flashes, this will reset your headphone, then try to pair them again. For product support please call 1-877-467-4289 available from 8am to 9pm CT daily.
