No, the regular selfie stick isn’t truly waterproof. While many Insta360 selfie sticks (including the invisible stick) can get wet and even be used in water, they don’t have an official waterproof rating and aren’t designed to be submerged for long periods. After using it in saltwater or wet conditions, you should rinse it with fresh water and dry it thoroughly to help prevent damage or corrosion. The stick is more water‑resistant than waterproof — great for splashes, rain, or light water exposure, but not ideal for full underwater use without proper protection or accessories
