• Once you latch the lid, turn to lock. Start your heating sequence...the heat and pressure will activate and lock the cooker. Make sure you have at least 1 cup of liquid in the pot to generate steam.

• Hello. To close the lid on the Duo Plus, simply place the lid onto the cooker base and turn it clockwise. Once you have set the pot to pressure cook it can take anywhere from 8-45 minutes to come to pressure, depending on what and the amount you are cooking. • Have gasket in place mine came with 2 .Place the lid on turn till it is in place .
