“Does it cook all kinds of rice?? What is the minimum amount of rice it will cook?”

• The manual says that it needs to have 2 cups of water to have the pressure properly built up during cooking. In general, if you cook white rice, that means you need to cook at least 2 cups of rice. Brown rice needs more water and time to cook. The brown rice to water ratio is 1:2. I adjusted the ratio 1:1.75. It comes out with the texture I like and the water amount of 1.75 cups does not cause any problem.
