Is this compatible with the elite series 2? null

Unfortunately, no, they are not. The sticks on the Elite Series 2 Controller come apart at the apex of the dome, where the Scuf Controllers that use these thumb sticks have a face plate that comes off to allow you to change them at the stem where the analog stick meets the ALPS Sensor.
