yes you need a cooler it does NOT come with a cooler . im using a cooler master 120 AIO and it keeps it nice and chill. i had a deepcool gammexx air cooler on it and it worked just as well . i liked the light on the cooler master and it was on sale so i switched but you do need a cooler and get a decent one and no problems

Yes! This does not come with a stock intel cooler due to the fact that it is overclockable. Temps can get extremely high. I opted for the Master Cooler Hyper 212 EVO Black Edition. Great cooler and keeps my CPU happy.

Do you? Literally any cpu fan/heatsink works with most cpus.
