• no you need a different motherboard if you want this cpu. you need to reattach your cooler or buy a new one . its either not seated correctly or broke . the problem aint the chip

• You have to change your cooler if its getting hot. Or you might not installed you cooler correctly

• No, it will not replace your current CPU. it will not work in that motherboard, as they are different sockets. I would suggest you get a new CPU cooler.
