You need a z390 or a z370 motherboard to use this processor so just upgrade both.

Sorry, that's a pretty old motherboard with socket 775. These new processors need LGA 1151 Series 300. So no, that motherboard is much too old to work with newer processors. Time for an upgrade :-)

No, you would also need a new intel motherboard and new ddr4 memory.

No. You need something from this century lol. To use the 9th gen core i3, i5, i7, i9 you need a LGA1151 board. Z370 or z390
