No it doesnt. Als be careful you buy a cooler that works with LGA 1700 or you buy a motherboard that includes LGA 1200 cooler mounting support as well (which is what I chose to do)

Unfortunately not however intels newer stock coolers aren’t as bad as the ones in years past still very cheap and you can pick one up literally anywhere

No. You have to get that yourself. Be careful, however, some motherboards don't play with some or most air coolers. I got a board that is not compatible with any air coolers that will handle the power output, so I went water cooled.

No it does not, it says right in the overview tab on the product page. It is also a K series processor, which means it's unlocked. Unlocked(K series) Intel processors do not come with CPU coolers in the box as the Intel stock cooler isn't that great and barely cools them and since they are unlocked and can be easily overclocked it would be unusable fairly quickly.
