Hyper 212 evo and up or what I'm using (Corsair H60 from best buy)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.well i do suggest you get something to cool it whether its a cpu fan or even better a liquid cpu cooler which you can find on amazon or bestbuy and i only suggest so it keeps at a lower temperature because i have had friends that didnt have a fan and they pushed it a little hard and it overheated which is not good for a processor of course, a liquid cpu cooler like the one i linked will be better then just a fan take in mind i do not suggest to not have anything tho for sure if anything atleast get a cpu fan
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would at least have some fans inside the case. I have 4 fans built into my case plus a liquid cooler and two GPU fans so I have a lot of cooling. I wouldn't let it get hot in an unventilated case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On any cooling system's product page, it will list what kinds of sockets are compatible. The i7-9700K uses an Intel 1151 socket, and any cooler that fits an 1151 will technically work. But given the strength of this processor, an air cooler (single mounted fan) will probably not be sufficient. You're better off choosing a liquid cooler with multiple radiator fans. Look for 240, 280, or 360mm systems.
