• Not sure. I switched from Premier to Pro this year. Not familiar enough with it. My payroll is working fine,

• You can only use the desktop payroll for three years before buying the upgrade. CConley

• You have to buy an upgraded QuickBooks pro every 3 years or your payroll subscription won’t work any more

• Yes, if you have a active payroll subscription. I upgraded because of payroll. Payroll was no longer going to be supported in the version I was using.
