Yes audio will be heard on both desktop. I have. Hp and Dell hooked up. This device works perfect and I have wireless mouse and wired keyboard. Easy switch between the 2 desktops. Setup was easy works as advertised.

Please try again later.IOGEAR says : The GCS632U is a single head KVM this will not work with Dual monitors unless you have a 2nd monitor directly connected to each PC ( this would be a total of 3 VGA monitors ) . For a dual monitor setup you can look at the GCS1742 You can connect a pair of speakers to the GCS632U and share them between the 2 PC's . Thank you for choosing IOGEAR
