“Does this require a WIFI connection? And will it require any software to be downloaded on the PC running windows 7?”

• Does not require WiFi but you need to plug the fob in to USB port. All you have to do is Select function f8, search for wireless devices, then select Duocast 321. It takes a few seconds then you're projecting. You will need to download software if you want to take advantage of the secure feature...not necessary in my opinion.
