Will this work from a ps4 to a tv? null

It will not, unfortunately. The software on a PS4 lacks miracast, which is the standard that this device uses. Sony has a proprietary software that allows you to stream to phones and computers, but not TV's as of yet. Additionally, the latency is far too slow for any game that requires quick reaction times. Expect upwards of a full second delay between the broadcasting device and the TV.
