“Can the internal rechargeable battery source be replace? Can it be switch to play on standard C or D batteries SHOULD the internal pack goes bad ? Does it have a Bass boost.”

Yes you can use regular batteries if the charger goes bad...and the bass boost is a joke.... The speakers are actually very weak and the system has a very poor sound quality..... No deep richness at all
