Or you can make an appt a week in advance and then show up for said appt and they still don’t have the battery you need in stock and just let you waste your time. Legit happened to me today. Lame!

No, you have to make an appointment in order to get your battery replaced incase they don’t have the battery in stock they can order it by the time you get there.
