I am going in and ordering the battery by appt. Then, BB will call me when it comes in. THEN, I will make ANOTHER appt. for them to replace it. You shouldn't have to wait long if you have an appt. for it to be replaced. They should do it right then and there, that's why you make an appt.

As far as if you need to leave your phone or if they will do it while you wait, it really will come down to that Geek Squad's workload. If they're free, they should be able to start it right away. If they can't start it right away, they may need to keep it for a day or two and get to it in the order the phone came in. I hope this helps and makes sense. If you need to change the appointment, please get in contact with that local Best Buy store.
