• According to the Best Buy I went too, they had to remove the screen protector to perform the battery service. Of course they did not tell me this until after the battery replacement was completed. They refused to replace my new screen protector and I had to pay out of pocket to get another one. It was very unprofessional.

• I had my iphone SE battery replaced at Best Buy 3-8-24. They claimed they had to remove my screen protector :( Fortunately I had purchased a 3 pack, so I had others at home to replace it. Still disappointed the protector was removed.
