• Roomba robots can typically climb thresholds or transition over carpet edges up to ⅝ inch (1.6 cm), though advanced models may handle slightly higher obstacles. So if the transition from carpet to floor is ⅝ inch (1.6 cm) or less, the robot will have no problem going over it.
