Yes but you will have to manually move it upstairs/downstairs with the base.

Please try again later.The Roomba cannot navigate up or down stairs on it's own -- however, you can physically move the Roomba to different floors of the house and it should have no issues cleaning whichever floor you leave it on. The Cliff Detection sensors will ensure that it does not accidentally drive off stairs while it's on the upper levels.
