We currently have 6 dogs of various sizes and mostly medium/long hair that spend a lot of time in the house so we have a LOT of dog hair on the floors. We have had the 960 model for almost 2 years and I still swear it is the best gift I have ever gotten! I set it to clean at night when everyone is in bed in the main living areas (primarily wood and some tile) and it cleans dog hair, tracked in dirt and everything else like a charm. It's great to wake up to clean floors and we all love our "Hazel"!
