I recommend you purchase the model without the “connectivity” feature. It should work perfectly for your parents!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it doesn't have to have wifi or app on the phone. You can set it up for days and times, or I just hit the button when I'm walking out the door to go to work. May want to save the $$ and get the slightly cheaper one that doesn't have the wifi.
