For carpets, look for the model that offers carpet turbo boost.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 960 will be excellent on all those surfaces you listed. Rugs with tassels will cause it to choke and I tape tassels down to stop this. Elseware I have tile and terrazzo and it does excellently

If it's a large space (sounds like it may be given the flooring types) you may want to consider a model with recharge and resume: if the robot runs low on battery before its mission is complete, it will return to its base, recharge and pick up where it left off. This behavior is on the Roomba 960, i7 or s9. But in terms of cleaning and navigation, they will all do the trick.
