• It will gently bump into it and then turn itself around, Also, it all depends on heavy the vase is. If it’s light, it may bump it over.

• It will definitely detect it. Depending on the weight of the planter as a whole it may push it around or it will navigate around :)

• I will be honest....I am still getting used to mine since we just got for Christmas. It will probably run into it before it gets used to it being there. lol. It ran into a little floor statue I have of mickey and knocked it over breaking his nose off. : ( But you can get the towers they sell to set next to stuff or areas you want it to avoid. Overall so far so good...helps out a lot
