Yes, all Roombas have anti-tangle technology. The robot will generally just drive over cords or shoelaces, but will reverse if anything gets captured by the dual brushes.

It will suck up a shoelace but, so far, they are easy to extract.

From my experience, no. It sometimes gets caught up in my computer/game console cables. I've had to tidy up clumps of cables for the roomba to navigate certain rooms without getting stuck or pulling cables.

Nope. It ate up my husband's sneaker string. Thank goodness he had an additional pair.

yes, I left a small size power cord and indoor extension cord on the ground and when it started to wind them up it reversed and released them. But I did move them so it wouldn't happen again.

No, it will run over them and if there is a loose end it will eat it.

It'll run over cords without getting entangled, but it'll eat a shoelace in a hot minute!
