• It has to be plugged into aux jack so if you don't have one then I would guess no.

• I do not think it will work without an Aux input. That is how the sound from the input of the phone is delivered to the stereo. I bought one and it works great, but I'm not sure how you would get the input without the aux.

• It works in my 2017 Chevrolet Colorado. Works for music/app streaming and syncs with my iPhone for phone calls. Very easy setup. I plugged the auxiliary plug and power plug into the power outlet and it worked.
