Take it back to the store if you believe that it is a mnf defect.

Sometimes the manufacturer with cover an "in-store exchange", but sometimes they require you to contact their warranty department directly. Best Buy's return policy is (in general) 15 days regardless of the item's condition. (Or 30 for Elite and 45 for Elite Plus members) That's why you're limited on your options. So, it's possible that Best Buy will exchange it, but they are limited by the manufacturer on what they can do believe it or not. Either way, it's worth a shot! Best of luck to you!
