Simply pair your phone to the Bluestream, plug into the auxiliary input, tune to the auxiliary source on your radio, and start your podcast in order to hear it through your factory radio.

On the iPhone go to Setting> then Bluetooth settings and look for this adapter and pair it. Once is connected via Bluetooth any audio from you phone will play from your car stereo. You can even make calls but the included microphone is optional. You don't have to connect the mic to it if you don't plan on answering calls with stereo. So podcast or videos on your phone or streaming will play on your car.
